These textures started off as microscopic photos of sugar mixed with food coloring (perhaps coming out in the future). My first step was vectorizing the images in Illustrator to create those super crisp, clean shapes and outlines. After pushing the colors and adding some simple grunge and noise, we have our finished result. They have a vibrant artificial neon rock formation aesthetic that seems fresh inspiring. Each one is 4500×3000, enjoy!
